Activities Disclaimer
With respect we ask that you please do not enter the centre if you are experiencing any of the symptoms of Covid-19 as advised by the HSE.
By selecting that you have read and agreed our COVID-19 guideline you are confirming that you and all members of your group
Have not had any symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Have not been in close contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Have not been outside of the country in the last 14 days.
Are ok with staff checking your temperature if requested.
Are aware of the social distancing protocols required by the government and the guidelines in place at Leisure Max.
That it is your responsibility to abide by the protocols in place by the government and the guidelines in place at leisure Max.
Please take responsibility for your movements, your child’s movements or any other person or child that you have with you and don’t put others in danger. Please note when entering our premises that we are following all of the latest NSAI, HSA and HSE guidelines to ensure our staff and customers are as safe as possible when undertaking activities here during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although we have adhered to all of the advice given we cannot ultimately guarantee that you will be entirely COVID-19 safe due to circumstances that may be beyond our control.

Everyone must read our disclaimers before partaking in all areas of the centre. These must be read thoroughly and adhered to. Persons cannot avail of any activity without agreeing these terms and conditions in full.
Please adhere to every practice when instructed by our staff to assure your safety and the safety of others.
When you the customer arrive we will explain the rules and the protocols within leisure max for any activities within the building.
We have a one-way system where you enter at the hallway and leave at the left-hand side exit in the building. Fill out this form for traceability in case of any covid-19 issues…
Toilets are to the left as you enter we have a family toilet if you require this please get the attention of the staff member on the floor if needed.
Please stand on the markings that are on the floor while waiting.
There is a 2-metre rule while in Leisure Max, so please be cautious of this.
Please ensure you have appropriate footwear, as bowling shoes are no longer provided as per covid-19 guidelines. If it is raining, please ensure they’re dried off.
We are doing table service for tea/coffees, beverages /food. Please ask for a menu all orders/ payments will be taken at the lane. There is a staff member in this section that will assist you with this.
Just a reminder there is a 2-metre rule between the staff members and you the customer while inside at Leisure Max the onus is on you to be cautious and be aware of your surroundings.
Please fill out your names here at the hallway for the bowling if you haven’t paid you can pay at the reception we accept cash/card payments.
When you are at the reception at this point you will be given a lane with a colour tag for your bowling ball so you are not crossing over balls.
All the lanes and the balls are sanitized after each bowling session, if requested you can pre-book a booth in the Big Al’s Diner.
Please arrive 10 mins before your allocated time to assure you can go through our protocols.
You will be asked if you have read and agreed to all our terms and conditions on entering Leisure Max. This is mandatory.
Zorbing, Laser Tag, Bungee Run , Gladiator, Goggle Soccer, Sumo & Climbing Wall Experience Disclaimer
Although Zorbing Balls, (Age 12+), Bungee Run, Archery, Laser Tag, Gladiator, Sumo and Goggle Soccer is fun, but it should be remembered that they are physical activity that features physical contact.
THE CONDITIONS- Please note that all those participating in a Zorbing Ball, Bungee Run, Laser Tag, Goggle Soccer & Gladiator do so at their own risk. Covid-19 protocols are in place while doing activities. Please be patience with us and all have to be age 8 years plus for these activities.
People with the following should not participate in Zorbing activity.
Those with existing heart, neck or back complaints or conditions
Those recovering from recent surgery or injury
Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Those who suffer with Asthma may be not be allowed participate, dependant on level of condition, or if they choose to they do so at their own risk
Expectant Mothers
An age limit of 12 plus applies to the Zorbing Activity and age 8 plus for other Activities.
However, if on occasion (children aged between 11 and 10, with large group bookings) do use the Zorbs parents/guardians will be asked to sign a disclaimer.
Laser Tag – People who suffer from Epilepsy or who are affected by Stroke Lighting.
Laser Tag Radiation – It is important to note that it is absolutely necessary to avoid direct eye exposure and only aim for the rest of the body.*
Laser tag – It is recommended that long distance shooting is best, for optimising score and for health and safety.
Please also note that for safety ensure the gun is not near any mouth area as you could damage your teeth and we can take no reasonability if this happens as the guns are very heavy.
Laser Tag is a safe game- although you may incur bruising from the falling and general play during the game. Please listen to the guide lines carefully on how to use the guns in a safe manner.
Laser Tag, Zorbing, Bungee Run, Sumo and Gladiator activities are supervised and further instructions in regard to safety will be given by the Supervisor. All participants must comply with these instructions as per COVID-19 anyone who fails to comply with these instructions will be asked to leave the group immediately.
